Auckland Art Tours
Take a walking tour of Tamaki Makaurau | Auckland
Welcome to Auckland, Tamaki Makaurau.
Enjoy a private curated art and cultural tour around Auckland.
Experience Auckland on foot through our waterfront or one of our art precincts.
Take a drive across our region and its diverse cultural make up to experience our museums, galleries, artists, landscapes and culture.
Let me help you discover Auckland through the lens of its vibrant arts and cultural scene. Our city is home to a rich tapestry of artists, makers, galleries, and museums — a creative landscape shaped by Māori, Pacific, Asian, and European influences.
I’ve lived in Auckland since the 1990s and have spent much of that time immersed in its galleries, museums, studios, and creative communities.
Whether you’re an avid art lover or simply curious, I can tailor a private tour, guided walk or drive to suit your interests and pace.
Choose a half or full day experience exploring the city and wider region with an arts and culture focus. You may even be able to opt for a rare opportunity to visit the extraordinary Gibbs Farm sculpture park.
Along the way, you’ll encounter leading art spaces, meet the people who shape our creative scene, and explore neighbourhoods across the north, south, east, and west.
All the while, we’ll make sure you experience the places, stories, and artistic voices that make our region unlike anywhere else.
I look forward to sharing my place with you soon.

"Thanks so much Glen for a fabulous tour yesterday. Visiting such a varied & inspirational selection of Makers, engaging with them and hearing their stories and motivations was heart-warming and I am loving the pieces I purchased. Thanks for all your organisation – a great package you put together with a fun group. Such a stimulating morning."
